It’s Mentality, Not Money.
The name started as a hook. My brother and I wanted to rap, and a cousin turned our last name into Wishing Ain’t Doing Enough. It sat for years before I needed it to mean something.
I did four years. I came home in 2017 with one rule: the same life wasn’t going to repeat. I built a commercial cleaning company to multiple six figures, bought real estate, and got my time back. None of it came from wishing. I had to go get it.
Why W.A.D.E. Exists
I built this for the version of me that needed it.
For the leaders, fathers, founders, and operators who know the standard is missing — and who are done waiting on motivation to provide it. A W.A.D.E.r is somebody who’s going through something and refuses to stop moving. A waiter waits. A W.A.D.E.r moves through. The work isn’t hype. It’s mentality first, then mechanics.

How it started
Wade Entertainment
My brother and I wanted to rap. His last name is Wade. We called ourselves W.A.D.E. — Wade Entertainment, going to put our name on the billboard. A cousin of ours came up with the acronym: Wishing Ain't Doing Enough. The words sat for years.
2013 — 2017
The decision
I did four years. My book and my folder went everywhere I went — that was my laptop and my internet. Before I could afford a book, I borrowed one and wrote the whole thing out word for word. In that place I saw it plain: the person I was, was in the way of the freedom I wanted. That's when Wishing Ain't Doing Enough stopped being a hook and became a way of life.
2017 — 2020
Built the cleaning company
Came home and started a commercial cleaning company. It grew to multiple six figures a year. Bought a house. Bought a duplex. A couple years in, the money was coming whether I clocked in or not. It's mentality, not money — get the mentality right and the money will come.
2020 — Now
COVID and the rebuild
COVID forced a real rebuild — this time with structure underneath. Hustle built the first version. Structure runs this one. W.A.D.E. is the standard I carried through it: mentality first, mechanics second, and no pretending the next stage is already earned.
